Johan Kramer

Johan Kramer

Johan was born on the 17th of August 1965 in Senekal. He studied at the University of the Free State where he obtained the degrees B.Uris and LL.B respectively. He was appointed as a Judges clerk for the Honourable Judge Van Coller and later Wright at the High Court Free State Provincial Division from 1989 to 1992. From 1993 to 1995 he was employed by the Department of Justice as a public prosecutor. Thereafter he served his articles at EG Cooper and Sons Attorneys and after he was admitted as a practicing Attorney in 1997 he joined EG Cooper and Sons Attorneys as a Professional Assistant. Johan became a Director at Kramer Weihmann & Joubert on the 1st of April 1998. Johan's fields of expertise includes the following but not limited to:

  • Criminal Work
  • Personal Injuries
    • Road Accident Fund claims and litigation relating thereto
    • All other personal injury claims
  • Litigation with specific reference to motor vehicle accidents
Jaco Weihmann

Jaco Weihmann

Jaco was born on the 10th of October 1965. He studied at the University of the Free State,served his articles at Honey & Partners Attorneys in Bloemfontein and was admitted as a practicing Attorney in 1997. He was appointed as a Professional Assistant at Honey & Partners in Bloemfontein. He became a Director of Kramer Weihmann & Joubert Attorneys on the 1st of April 1998. Jaco's fields of expertise includes the following but not limited to:

Pieter Joubert

Pieter Joubert

Pieter was born on the 18th of May 1971, Bloemfontein. He studied in Bloemfontein and enrolled at the University of the Orange Free State and served his articles at E G Coopers & Sons Attorneys in Bloemfontein. Pieter was admitted as Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public. He was appointed as a Professional Assistant at E G Cooper & Sons in the Litigation Department and became a Director of Kramer Weihmann & Joubert on the 1st of April 1998. Pieter's fields of expertise includes the following but not limited to:

    • Registration of bonds - panel attorneys of all Banks including Investec Bank

Jacques Nortje

Jacques Nortje

Jacques was admitted as an Attorney in 1996 and he served his articles under Bertus Preller at the firm Van Wyk & Preller. He joined Honey & Partner in 1998 and handled their Labour Law Department in  Bloemfontein until May 2000. He joined the firm Kramer Weihmann & Joubert in Bloemfontein as a  professional assistant and became a Director on the 1st of March 2001. Jacques heads the Labour Department. He is well known under the Labour movement in the Free State and Northern Cape and acts for various trade unions of the COSATU federation. Jacques is actively involved in the education of trade union officials of various trade unions. Jacques obtained the B.Proc degree at the University of the Free State. Jacques' fields of expertise includes the following but not limited to:

Jacques van der Vyver

Jaques van der Vyver

Jacques was born on 1 April 1970, he matriculated at Grey College in 1988 and went on to obtain B. Proc and LLB degrees at the UOFS. He was a Judges Clerk between 1992 and 1994, and served as a Public Prosecuter from 1994 until 1996. He served his articles at Cillers van Zyl & Groenewald in Hartswater from 1996 - 1999. He was admitted as an attorney in March 1999 and joined KWJ on 1 April 1999 as a Professional Assistant and went on to become a Partner on 1 March 2005. He was also admitted as a Conveyancer in 2004.

His expertise lies in the following areas but not limited to:

Cindy Dickens

Cindy Dickens

Cindy was admitted as an attorney in October 1998 and she served her articles at the firm McIntyre & Van der Post Attorneys, Bloemfontein.

She joined Kramer Weihmann & Joubert Attorneys as a professional assistant in the Labour Law Department and together with Jacques Nortjé they are handling the Labour Law Department.

Cindy serves as senior Commissioner at the CCMA (Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration) since January 2002. Cindy further serves as Commissioner at the South African Local Government Bargaining Council (SALGBC), Dispute Resolution Centre (Motor Industrial Bargaining Council) and the Public Health and Welfare Sectional Bargaining Council (PHWSBC).

Cindy become a director on 1 April 2007. Cindy's fields of expertise include the following:

  • Drafting of Employment Contracts

Andries Louis Visser

Andries Louis Visser

Louis matriculated from the Secondary School Christiana in 1997. He commenced his studies in 2001 at the University of the Free State and obtained his LLB degree in July 2007.

Louis joined Kramer, Weihmann & Joubert Inc., in November 2002,  and in 2007 he joined the firm as a Professional Assistant in the collection and litigation department and was appointed as a director in the deceased estate department in 2014.

Louis' field of expertise includes but is not limited to:

  • Appeals to the High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal.
  • Deceased Estates.
  • Wills.
  • Trusts.
