Pieter Joubert
Pieter was born on the 18th of May 1971, Bloemfontein. He studied in Bloemfontein and enrolled at the University of the Orange Free State and did his articles at E G Coopers & Sons Attorneys in Bloemfontein. Pieter was admitted as Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public. He was appointed as a Professional Assistant at E G Cooper & Sons in the Litigation Department and became a Director of Kramer Weihmann & Joubert on the 1st of April 1998.

Jacques Nortje
Jacques was admitted as an Attorney in 1996 and he did his articles under Bertus Preller at the firm Van Wyk & Preller. He joined Honey & Partner in 1998 and handled their Labour Law Department in Bloemfontein until May 2000. He joined the firm Kramer Weihmann & Joubert in Bloemfontein as a professional assistant and became a Director on the 1st of March 2001. Jacques heads the Labour Department. He is well known under the Labour movement in the Free State and Northern Cape and acts for various trade unions of the COSATU federation. Jacques is actively involved in the education of trade union officials of various trade unions. Jacques obtained the B.Proc degree at the University of the Free State.

Cindy Dickens
Cindy was admitted as an attorney in October 1998 and she served her articles at the firm McIntyre & Van der Post Attorneys, Bloemfontein.
She joined Kramer Weihmann & Joubert Attorneys as a professional assistant in the Labour Law Department and together with Jacques Nortjé they are handling the Labour Law Department.
Cindy serves as a Commissioner at the CCMA (Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration) since January 2002. Cindy further serves as Commissioner at the South African Local Government Bargaining Council (SALGBC), Dispute Resolution Centre (Motor Industrial Bargaining Council) and the Public Health and Welfare Sectional Bargaining Council (PHWSBC).
Cindy become a director on 1 April 2007.
