Hettie de Villiers

Hettie was born on the 8^th of April 1978. She graduated in 1996 from High School Olien, Fauresmith. She received her LL.B degree at the University of the Free State in 2002. She was admitted as a practicing Attorney in October 2004 and joined Kramer Weihmann & Joubert as a Professional Assistant in February 2005. Her expertise lie in the following areas:

• Wills
• Administrations

Jaco Rothman

He was born on 26 February 1972 in Heilbron. He graduated in 1990 at Sandveld Secondary School in Wesselsbron. He started his studies at the University of the Free State where he obtained his LL.B degree in 2005. Jaco joined Kramer, Weihmann & Joubert in 2003 where he served his articles until he was admitted as a practicing attorney in 2005 and was thereafter appointed as a professional assistant at Kramer Weihmann & Joubert. He was also admitted as a conveyancer in 2005.

Jaco's fields of expertise includes the following:

  • Transfer / Registration of fixed properties
  • Registration of bonds - panel attorneys of all Banks

Stefan Olivier

He graduated in 1998 at Ladybrand High School, Ladybrand. He then moved to Bloemfontein where he obtained B. Comm. (Law) and LLB degrees respectively at the University of the Free State. Whilst completing his studies, he was appointed as a Judge's Assistant to the Honourable Judge, D J Lombard, at the High Court, Free State Provincial Division.

Stefan joined Kramer Weihmann & Joubert Inc in January 2005, where he completed his articles in December 2006, after which he was admitted and joined the firm as a Professional Assistant in the Commercial Law Department.

Stefan's fields of expertise includes the following:

• All Commercial work, which includes but is not limited to:
  • Drafting of contracts
  • Formation of Companies and Close Corporations
  • Application for Liquor licenses
• Maintenance matters
• Family violence matters

Andries Louis Visser

He matriculated from the Secondary School Christiana in 1997. He started his studies in 2001 at the University of the Free State and obtained his degree in July 2007.

Louis joined Kramer, Weihmann & Joubert Inc., in November 2002, where he joined the firm as a professional assistant in the collection and litigation department.

Louis' field of expertise includes all litigation work, which includes but is not limited to:

• Collections on behalf of several corporate clients;
• Litigation in the High and Magistrate Courts;
• Appeals to the High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal.
